VOID

MIND ALIVE

AS READ BY THE AUTHOR
Time sails on through the void. The present is ever renewed in pure creative freedom. The present is real but past and future are different. Being not here, they belong to the void. The past exists as artifacts and memories in the present. The future exists in the present as expectation. Although our bodies live in the present our minds also reach out into the void of time. Even the present incorporates void, for the present is flexible, changing, always incorporating what is not. The void is always present. Sometimes when you have been very closely occupied, you look up from your work and there lies the world as fresh as new creation. Sometimes a moment interposes between sleep and awake when the world cracks open to its central void. Sometimes you watch so closely that meaning and then form dissolve. All these are hints of the void of time.
