The two websites sell the same DAVID devices. mindalive.com is the manufacturer's own website. mindalive.org is run by Mindalive, an authorized dealer that serves customers in the United States and Europe.
When you order on mindalive.org, we place the order with Mind Alive Inc., which ships the device directly from Edmonton to your address. We handle your questions, the order and any follow-up. The one-year warranty is the manufacturer's warranty; repairs are carried out by Mind Alive Inc.
How an order works
- You order on mindalive.org and pay at checkout.
- We pass the order to Mind Alive Inc. the same or the next working day.
- Mind Alive Inc. ships it from Edmonton by FedEx, usually within 1 to 5 days. A signature is needed on delivery.
- You receive the FedEx tracking number by email.

Who designs the devices
The DAVID devices are designed by Dave Siever, who built the first DAVID in 1985 and founded Mind Alive Inc. His story is on the founder page.
