If I could give this company more than five stars, I would!! This is hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, the staff is so kind, compassionate, and are beyond helpful. I ordered the David Premier as a gift and was met with shipping difficulties due to international postal service issues - the staff at Mind Alive looked into it immediately, and has continued to update me throughout the shipment process (without me even asking after the initial inquiry) to make sure I receive the package on time. I personally used Instagram to message them about model questions, and then about shipping and their responses were quick, informative, and you could feel their genuine care for their customers through the phone. If anyone is looking for an example of how to run a business, look no further. I cannot recommend this company and their staff enough. Thank you again Mind Alive!!

The David Delight Pro is fantastic. It offers so many programmes and I’ve found with regular use it calms my system down and allows me to concentrate and focus. It was recommended to me to try a mindalive treatment for Ocular Migraines last October. I had been having these migraines for about 3 years with no help from either my eye doctor or my medical doctor. My functional medicine doctor, David Marquis, thought it could be helpful. After 2 treatments I went 5 months without any headaches and then had 5 in a row about 1 month ago. I decided to rent the mindalive system and use it weekly to determine if this is what I need to keep the Ocular Migraines away. I am now on my 3rd week of 2-3 treatments a week and I’ve had no migraines! I enjoy this treatment so mush I am going to try to use it more. Thank you!
